BIO

Sarah is a Toronto-based Associate Creative Director with twelve years experience. Specializing in art direction and design, she is known for her strategic thinking and ability to bring order to complex processes. Sarah's experience spans across digital marketing, branding, experiential & out-of-home campaigns, as well as video & motion content. She has also led initiatives around implementing AI within design workflows while addressing legal and ethical concerns.

In addition to her creative expertise, Sarah has seven years of people management experience. She has successfully led and coached a team of five creatives — hiring, providing empathetic feedback, and mentoring junior team members. A strong advocate for diversity, equity & inclusion and mental health in the workplace, Sarah strives to foster an inclusive and supportive working environment.

Sarah graduated with Honours from Humber College's Advertising & Graphic Design program, and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Carleton University. She’s been a member of Humber College’s alumni advisory group and Monday Girl’s mentor roster.
